Thank you for shopping with Campverse. Our refund and return policy is designed to be clear and fair while protecting all parties. Please read the terms below before initiating a return.
1. Eligibility for Refunds and Returns
To be eligible, items must meet all of the following:
- Unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received (no signs of use, dirt, odors, or wear).
- Original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags included.
- Return request submitted within 30 days of delivery and shipped back within 7 days of Return Authorization.
- Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email).
Non-returnable items include (non-exhaustive):
- Gift cards, clearance/final-sale items
- Perishable goods (e.g., food or drinks)
- Customized/personalized items
- Items with visible signs of use, damage, missing parts, or removed hygiene seals (where applicable)
If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and your order number so we can assist.
2. Return Authorization (RMA) & Process
- Email 1315946hb@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will review your request and, if eligible, issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions. Unapproved returns may be refused.
- Ship the item to the address provided. Use a trackable shipping service and keep your receipt.
Important: Unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and risk of loss until the item is received and inspected by us.
3. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days after approval, but your bank/card issuer may require additional time.
- If a refund has not appeared after our confirmation, please check with your bank/card issuer before contacting us again.
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a verified defect.
4. Exchanges
Exchanges are available for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If the exact item is unavailable, we can process a refund per this policy. Please email 1315946hb@gmail.com with photos (if applicable).
5. Order Cancellations
We can attempt to cancel orders within 12 hours of purchase if processing or shipment has not begun. Once fulfillment starts, cancellation may not be possible. If shipment has begun, please follow the return process after delivery.
6. Shipping Fees & Address Issues
- Shipping fees are non-refundable except for verified defects or our fulfillment error.
- If an order is returned to sender due to incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, refused delivery, or failure to collect, we can reship (additional postage may apply) or refund the item price minus original shipping once it is received back in acceptable condition.
- For high-value orders, we may require a signature on delivery. If the carrier marks a package as Delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier first to file a claim. We will assist where possible, but replacements or refunds in such cases are at our reasonable discretion.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
We stand behind product quality and logistics. If your order arrives damaged or with missing parts:
- Contact us within 7 days of receipt with clear photos of the issue and your order number.
- Retain all packaging materials until the claim is resolved.
- Upon verification, we will provide a replacement, part, or refund per our assessment.
8. International Returns
For returns shipped from outside the United States, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees paid are non-refundable by Campverse. Any return import fees must be prepaid by the customer unless the return is due to our error or a verified defect.
