At Campverse, we’re committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible — whether you’re shopping from the U.S. or anywhere around the world. Please review the details below to understand our processing times, delivery schedules, and international policies.
1. Order Processing vs. Shipping Time
Processing time refers to the period we need to prepare your order before shipping. This is separate from the delivery time displayed at checkout.
- Processing Time: 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
- Shipping Time: Varies by destination (see below)
During peak periods (holidays, sales, or promotions), processing may take up to 6–8 business days. You will receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.

These timeframes do not include weekends or public holidays. Shipping delays may occur due to customs inspections, high-volume periods (November–December), weather, or carrier service disruptions. Campverse is not liable for delays once a package is handed over to the carrier.
3. International Shipping Policy
Campverse proudly ships worldwide. However, please note:
- Customs processes and import duties vary by country.
- We cannot control delays caused by customs clearance or local postal authorities.
- Buyers are responsible for any applicable import taxes, duties, or brokerage fees.
All international orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Tracking information will be provided once available from our logistics partners. If there are no tracking updates for 30–60 business days, we may issue a replacement shipment at our discretion.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email with your tracking number and a direct link to monitor delivery status. You can also track your order here:

5. Delayed Deliveries
While we work with trusted carriers, unexpected delays can occur due to:
- Customs, weather, or natural events
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
- Carrier network issues or labor disruptions
If your tracking hasn’t updated in more than 30 business days, please contact us for support. We will review each case individually and offer reasonable solutions.
6. Cancelling an Order
Once an order has entered processing, it cannot be canceled. If you contact us within 30 minutes of placing your order (before processing begins), cancellation is possible; however, a $20 transaction fee may apply to cover payment gateway and processing costs.
If your order is already in processing, cancellation is not possible. Please email us immediately for urgent requests.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit:
- Contact us within 7 days of receipt (or expected delivery date).
- Include your order number and clear photos of the package.
Our team will investigate with the carrier and may arrange a replacement or refund at our reasonable discretion. Campverse is not responsible for losses occurring after confirmed delivery by the carrier.
8. Holiday Season Notice
During November and December, global logistics networks experience peak demand. Delivery times may be extended due to high volume and customs delays. We recommend placing holiday orders as early as possible to ensure on-time arrival.
9. Shipping Rate Flexibility
Shipping rates are subject to change without prior notice based on carrier pricing, distance, regional surcharges, or fuel cost adjustments. All rates displayed at checkout reflect the most recent real-time USPS or partner carrier data through Shopify’s system. Campverse does not add extra handling fees beyond what the carrier charges.
