Your satisfaction matters to us. We provide a transparent and fair Refund & Return Policy to ensure a positive experience for our U.S. customers.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, as confirmed by the carrier.
  • Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all accessories and tags included.
  • Products showing signs of wear, use, odor, stains, or customer-caused damage are not eligible for return or refund.
  • The following categories are non-refundable: personal-care or hygiene items, custom or made-to-order goods, digital or downloadable products, and any items marked Final Sale, Clearance, or Special Promotion.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.

2. Return Process (RMA Required)

  1. Contact our Customer Support within 30 days of delivery at 📧 wiveainrotcurd@gmail.com
  2. Include your order number, full name, and reason for return (attach photos if applicable).
  3. Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) and the designated U.S. return address. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
  4. Ship the item using a trackable service and keep the receipt for your records.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or an incorrect item was sent.
  • Risk of loss or damage during return transit remains with the customer until the item is received and inspected.
  • Returns not shipped within 7 days of RA issuance may be cancelled.

3. Refund Process

  • After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within approximately 5–10 business days.
  • Original shipping charges, insurance, duties, and processing fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our verified error or a confirmed defect.
  • All refunds are processed in the original transaction currency. Minor differences may occur due to exchange rate or bank processing variations.

4. Change-of-Mind Returns (Restocking Fee)

Returns requested for personal preference, incorrect ordering, or other non-defective reasons are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This amount will be deducted from your refund to cover inspection, repackaging, and handling costs. Shipping fees remain non-refundable.


5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are offered only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
  • To request an exchange, email wiveainrotcurd@gmail.com with the subject line Exchange Request – [Order Number].
  • If the requested replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued instead.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

  1. Check your bank account or credit-card statement again.
  2. Contact your bank or payment provider for any pending transactions.

7. Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards and e-gift cards
  • Downloadable digital products
  • Items marked as Final Sale, Clearance, or Special Promotion
  • Personalized or engraved products

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review your case and, at our reasonable discretion, provide a replacement or refund. Please retain all packaging for inspection if requested.


9. Additional Important Notes

  • All return addresses are assigned individually. Unapproved or incorrectly routed returns may be delayed or refused.
  • If an order is returned due to wrong address, refusal, or failed delivery attempts, the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs and may receive a partial refund minus original shipping fees and the 20% restocking fee.
  • This policy is governed by applicable international e-commerce law and interpreted alongside our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Shipping Policy.
